Daily Weigh-in

Yep, no carbs or booze until I crack 200lbs. Weighed 238lbs on Monday, 7/16/12 (alltime high), and as of this morning I'm 228lbs, which means 10lbs in 8 days, and down 1lb from yesterday. Getting into that old, hardened, concrete fat now, and it's really putting up a fight. It will lose because I want my booze.
